KakaoTalk is showing free Marvel movies right inside the KakaoTalk app this month.
Update: I tried it. You can click through via KakaoTalk, but it looks like eventually it will direct you to download KakaoPage, a separate app.

Then of course Infinity War comes out here in theaters on the 25th. You can also watch the livestream for the red carpet event when the Avengers actors come to Korea, starting at 6:40pm today (April 12). This too within KakaoTV section of KakaoTalk.
Some English users never really check this third tab, since it's a Korean-language feed of news, promos from other Kakao ecosystem services, etc. I've noticed quite a few live streaming sports events show up there from time to time. Interesting to see Kakao move forward with its offerings. Merging with Daum and taking on Melon was smart. They'd be crazy to just keep KakaoTalk as a pure messenger. Fate threw in their lap an app that nearly every Korean inherently uses. Why squander that opportunity?
